This service includes HDR photography, RMS compliant measurements using the iGuide system, and aerial photo/video.
iGuide offers precise floor plan measurements as well as 3D virtual tours.

For several years now, I have also been a licensed drone pilot.
Turn-around time for photography is 24 hours and up to 72 hours for drone video depending on video length.
Please note that square footage is calculated as the total space measured on all floors and includes basements, garages, and any out buildings.
