School Photos

The sitting fee is $49 + tax and includes a digital image of your choice. You will receive a link to a private gallery within 72 hours of your session to make your selection. At that time, you will have the option to purchase additional poses, whether digital or in print. Additional digital images start at $45 and prints start at $15. All selected images will be fully retouched before delivery or being printed.

#1 Question...what is the cost & what is included?

1 - Quality of Photography
As a professional studio, we use use high-end cameras, lenses, and lighting setups for crisp, well-lit images. We can also capture natural expressions, flattering angles, and better colour accuracy.

High-Volume companies often rely on fast, automated setups to process hundreds of students very quickly. Lighting and poses may be standardized and less tailored to each child.

2. Personalized Attention
In our studio, a smaller sessions allow the photographer to work with each child individually. We can accommodate shy children, special needs, or specific requests with multiple pose options and flexibility in expressions.

High-Volume companies photograph children in large groups very quickly, often with minimal individual attention. They often have limited options for retakes or posing adjustments.

3. Retouching & Finishing
All purchased images/prints include professional retouching, color correction, and finishing for a polished final product. This includes eye-glass glare removal, often not available with high volume companies or is an upsell. We ensure your photos are print-ready and suitable for keepsakes.

High-Volume Companies often offer basic retouching which is often minimal.

4. Customer Experience
As a professional studio, we offer flexible scheduling where parents can be part of the experience and a more relaxed environment. We can answer questions, accommodate special requests, and ensure a positive experience for both the kids and parents.

High-Volume Companies are fast-paced, with one set photo day, and one retake day, and limited customer support beyond ordering photos.

when will these sessions happen?

Due to the Alberta Teachers Strike, additional dates have been added. Please click the booking link to see available dates. More dates may be added if there is demand.
*For the outdoor sessions, if there is inclement weather, sessions will be rescheduled to a day/time that works best for you.
